If your game progress isn't saving on your Android device, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Step 1: Move the Game to Internal Storage
Games stored on external SD cards may encounter saving issues. To move the game to your device's internal storage:
- Open device Settings
- Tap Apps or Applications
- Choose the game that's not saving progress
- If available, tap Change and select Internal Storage.
- Confirm by tapping Move.
Note: If the Change option isn't present, the app may not support moving to internal storage.
Step 2: Clear Cache and Verify App Permissions

Force Stop the Game:
- In Settings, tap Apps.
- Select the game.
- Tap Force Stop.

Clear Cache:
- Tap Storage.
- Tap Clear Cache.

Reopen the Game:
- Launch the game.
- When prompted, grant all necessary permissions to allow the game to save progress.
After following these steps, the game progress should remain saved on your device when you close and reopen the game. Unfortunately, it's not possible to restore your old progress.
