Step 1: Check Your Internet Connection
Ensure you have a stable internet connection, as restoring purchases requires online access.
Step 2: Verify Your Apple ID

Ensure you're signed into the correct account:
- Go to Settings > [Your Name].
- Check that the Apple ID matches the one used for the purchase.

View your purchase history:
- Open the App Store on your device.
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Purchase History.
- Review the list of transactions to locate your game purchase. If you don’t see the purchase, you may be signed into the wrong Apple ID.
Step 3: Restore Purchases Within the Game
- Open the game and navigate to the main menu or settings.
- Look for a "Restore Purchases" option and tap it.
- This should reinstate your purchase.
Step 4: Reattempt the Purchase.
Note: Ensure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase to avoid duplicate charges.
- Open the game and initiate the purchase process as if you’re buying the item again.
- The App Store will recognize your previous purchase and display a message like "You’ve already purchased this item" or "This item is already purchased".
- Complete the process to restore your purchase without being charged again.
Step 5: Ensure In-App Purchases Are Allowed
- Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions.
- Tap iTunes & App Store Purchases and ensure In-App Purchases is set to Allow.
Step 6: Restart Your Device
