If your subscription is correctly activated, but you experience one of the following situations, then try the steps below.
- You are being requested to buy a game
- You are being requested to subscribe
- You are not receiving subscriber benefits in our free to play games
- You are seeing advertisements in our games (other than our free to play games
Restore your subscription benefits
- Make sure that you are logged into 'Game Center' on your device with the Apple ID on which your subscription is active (Settings > Game Center)
- Turn off 'limit ad tracking' in the settings of your phone.
- Open 'Settings'
- Tap 'Privacy'
- Tap 'Advertising'
- Turn off 'Limit Ad Tracking'
- Open the game that you originally started your subscription from and tap "Restore purchase" in the main game menu
