If your Android subscription is active but you're not receiving its benefits — such as being prompted to purchase games, subscribe again, missing subscriber perks in free-to-play games, or encountering unexpected ads — try these steps to restore your subscription access:
Step 1: Verify Your Google Account:
Ensure you're signed into the Google Play Store with the account used for your subscription:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Tap "Manage your Google Account"
- Scroll to the right to the "Payments and subscriptions" tab
- On this page, scroll down to "Subscriptions"
- Tap "Manage subscriptions"
- If the GameHouse subscription does not appear as active in this section, tap on your profile icon on the top right corner and choose a different Google account
Step 2: Restore Subscription Within the App or Game:
- Open the GameHouse app or the specific game where you initiated the subscription.
- Navigate to the main menu (☰) or settings.
- Tap "Restore Purchase" to reinstate your subscription benefits and choose the correct Google account when prompted.
Step 3: Reset Your Advertising ID

Open your device Settings

Tap Privacy or Google (this may vary by device)

Look for Ads (might be under more privacy settings)

Tap “Reset advertising ID” to get a new one. Do not Delete/Reset this Advertising ID later, as this is needed to recognize your mobile Subscription.

Close all of the GameHouse Apps installed on your device completely. You don’t need to uninstall them, only close them.

Launch the app that you bought your active GameHouse Subscription from and use the Restore button from the main menu (☰) of the game. This is so our system can record the subscription purchase and assign it to the new Advertising ID on your device.

Launch one of the GameHouse games that were not recognizing your subscription and wait a few seconds to see if the buy/no ads button disappears. If it is gone, this means your subscription is now recognized. You might need to wait several seconds, then close the app and relaunch it.
Step 4: Reinstall the Game and Allow Tracking
If issues persist, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the game to refresh its data. Make sure to Allow Tracking/ Personalized Ads when prompted so that our system can recognize your Advertising ID and see that you have an active subscription.
If none of these steps help, please contact us using the support button from both the app you restored the subscription from and the app that fails to detect your subscription. This is necessary so we can check whether your GameHouse ID attached to that specific app/game has an active subscription.
