Try the steps below if you can’t download our games from the Apple App Store or if your download and app updates get stuck and won't finish.
Step 1: Check Your Internet Connection

Verify Connectivity: Ensure your device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data network.

Test Access: Open a web page or another app to confirm internet access.
Step 2: Restart Your Device

Press and hold the Side (or Top) button along with the Volume Up button until the power-off slider appears.

Drag the slider to turn off your device.

After the device powers down, press and hold the Side (or Top) button until the Apple logo appears.
Step 3: Check Available Storage

Go to Settings > General > [Device Name] Storage.

Ensure you have sufficient space for the game.

If storage is low, consider deleting unused apps or files.
Step 4: Update iOS

Navigate to Settings > General > Software Update.

If an update is available, tap Download and Install.
Step 5: Sign Out and Sign In to the App Store

Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Media & Purchases.

Tap Sign Out.

Restart your device.
-
Return to Settings > [Your Name] > Media & Purchases and tap Sign In.
Step 6: Check Payment Method

Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Payment & Shipping.

Verify that your payment method is up to date, even for free apps.
Step 7: Prioritize the Download

From the Home Screen, touch and hold the app.

From the menu that appears, choose Prioritize Download.
Step 8: Disable VPN

Go to Settings > VPN.

Toggle off any active VPN connections, as they can interfere with downloads.
Step 9: Reset Network Settings

Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

This will erase saved Wi-Fi networks and passwords, so reconnect to your Wi-Fi afterward.
